We were fortunate to find a complete set of The RCA Victor Encyclopedia of Recorded Jazz records at an estate sale. The 10 inch, 33 1/3 RPM records were a presentation of the Jazz Club of America back in the 1950's. There are 12 records in the set which we are selling separately to allow collectors to fill in the gaps in their sets. The records and covers are in really nice condition and the jazz is amazing (photos of the set can be found below)! A few of the artists featured in the set include: Leadbelly, Dizzy Gillespie, Benny Goodman, Glen Gray, Lionel Hampton, James Johnson, Eddie Lang, Earl Hines, Billie Holiday, Lena Horne, Harry James, Bunk Johnson, Duke Ellington, Billy Eckstine, Ziggy Elman, Erroll Gardner, Louis Armstrong, Buster Bailey, Mildred Bailey, Charlie Barnet, Count Basie, Bix Beiderbecke, Bunny Berigan, Chu Berry, George Brunis, Cab Calloway, Hoagy Carmichael, Barbara Carroll, and Buck Clayton.
